We have successfully organized our first community service programme "Plantation of saplings" on the 31st of July, 2010. The "My Little Hands" team is very much thankful to every one that has participated, supported and encouraged this event. The programme was held at "Zilla Parishath Unnatha Patasala" - a Government School at Nizampet Road, near JNTU, Kukatpally.

25 "Little Volunteers" alongwith their parents, about 150 students of the school and around 30 people from the vicinity of the venue attended this event and helped make it a grand success.

We would like to convey our regards and thanks to the following personalities who have guided us through the event and without the help of whom, the event would not have been a success that it was.

• Mr. Subhash Babu Pagadala, State Marketing Manager, IFFCO (www.iffco.nic.in) who was kind enough to sponsor the bright & colorful T-Shirts and Caps that were rightly reflecting the mood of our "Little Volunteers"
• Mr. M. Bhanu Prasad, Corporator of Hyder Nagar division who graced the event as the Chief guest
• Mr. A. Krishnaiah (Head Master), Mr. S. Subhash (Physical Science Teacher) and all other school staff who have been the inspiration behind the participation of the students of the school
• Mr. Raghuveer, IFS, Forest department for giving us the saplings
• All the pupil of the school who have been enthusiastically involved in the event
• All news reporters and cameramen
